Mental Health Evaluations

About My Evaluations

I am experienced at providing comprehensive evaluation to determine if there is a mental health or substance abuse diagnosis. Each evaluation is specific to the person and the situation. Evaluations can be general (such such "What diagnosis do I have?", and some can be specific: "Do I have an alcohol addiction", or "Do I have an anger management problem?".

Each evaluation includes:

Evaluation Report

Each evaluation will have a comprehensive report. This report includes a description and relevant background information, any diagnosis and reason for the diagnosis, additional findings important for the reason of the evaluation, and treatment recommendations.

Depending on the reason for the evaluation, a brief summary of the report can be provided to give to others as needed. This may be helpful for situations like probation, etc. where the evaluation needs to be completed, but a thorough report is not needed.

These reports will be finalized approximately one week from the date of evaluation.

Evaluation Pricing

Evaluation: $600
Includes:

Each test beyond the initial 3 is $150 each. Test selection will be discussed before the tests are given.

Robert Magill, MA, CAADC, CCPG, LPC
DOT-SAP

Who am I?

Hi. I'm Robert Magill. I go by Rob. It's nice to meet you. If it helps, think of me as your Sherpa. When someone wants to climb a serious mountain, you know, one of the really big ones, do they just grab some granola bars and a tent and head off, hoping they'll figure it out along the way? No. (Well, some might. They probably wont get very far.) Someone serious about making the climb will find a Sherpa, an expert who has made this journey hundreds of times. The Sherpa helps them figure out the best route to their destination, helps them choose the best equipment for their journey, and helps them carry some of the load up the mountainside. They aren't doing the work for the climber, they're showing the climber how to do the work for themselves.

Like a sherpa, I partner with each person so they can effectively meet their own goals. What works well for one person won't work at all for others. That's why I use different approaches with each person. My clients often end their time with me feeling empowered, confident, and knowing themselves better than they ever thought possible.

Can you help me?

If you want to be free from the obstacles keeping you down and you are willing to work toward the life you want, I can help. I specialize in helping Christian men struggling with life-long difficulties and helping struggling couples find new ways of interacting with each other.

One of the ways I can help include comprehensive evaluations to figure out what mental health concerns might be part of your roadblocks. It isn't always clear when a roadblock is from a lack of motivation or skills, physical health complications, or mental health.

A thorough evaluation can help figure out what is going on so the underlying causes can be addressed.
